Because Wehrly Bros. are a specialist retail jeweller we treat every purchase as an individual event. We do not provide an online shopping facility instead every item viewed on the website can be purchased by email and postage. The steps in purchasing a product are easy.

1. 1.Email Us stating which product you wish to purchase, supplying relevant item number/code OR Complete the Order Form, completing all required fields.
   

2. If it is in stock at that moment in time we will post the item directly to you, if it is not in stock we will be happy to order it for you.

You will have full email correspondence and interaction (through email/telephone whichever is preferred) with a staff member as opposed to a sterile online purchasing facility. Also, as many of our engagement rings are one-off’s and as such we do not carry multiples. We are also aware that discretion can be vital when purchasing a piece of jewellery so whether the item is for you or someone else, we will always be as discrete as possible.

We can process orders and purchases by providing us with your Credit/Debit card details via email, IBAN transfer is also available.

Postage to customers within the UK & Ireland is free of charge with postage to elsewhere in the EU and United States charged at the going and most inexpensive rate. all items that are posted are fully insured by Wehrly’s.
